Logis Hôtel Beauséjour Colmar

We normally stay in Mercure hotels when we travel, but for this trip we just "liked the look and sound" of Beausejour, and chose it in preference to the nearby Mercure. We were not disappointed. Every thing about the hotel, the staff, the room, and the service was EXCELLENT. However, the big surprise was the kitchen and the menu. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant on Christmas Day. The menu was limited but with fish, meat and veggie options. Each dish featured locally sourced, fresh ingredients and was cooked superbly. Although not featured in any of the usual Trip Advisor / La Forchette list of "top" Colmar restaurants - Beausejour provided what proved to be a delicious, late Secret Santa present! Now we are planning our return visit - this time in early summer.

Great location to visit Colmar, staff is friendly and we particularly enjoyed breakfast outside on the green terrace. It is worth the €17 with qualitative bread and viennoiseries, local cheese, ham, yoghurt and fresh fruit salad. Room was squeaky clean and a roomy bathroom with a tub (personal plus). Aircon worked fine, free parking in the hotel street was a plus.

Great location, just a short walk into the heart of Colmar. Easy check in and very friendly helpful staff. On site parking is a real bonus in a busy town. Access in and out of the car park very good although spaces are limited. Comfortable room, which was very clean. Complementary water and cakes were a nice touch.

Breakfast was a continental breakfast with a 3 cheese and 2 cold Meat choices. They serve great coffee and cereal and fresh fruit salad were available.

Bathroom was really clean and spacious but I find the bathtub is a little too high compared to other places (be careful) + Free parking along the road + Staffs were friendly and helpful. They are always with smiling face 😀 + Great location. Walking distance to the central + Really good bakery around the corner Definitely will stay here again.
